Andrew Fleming
Andrew hails from St Johnston Co Donegal and currently lives in Derry. A keen cricketer and football player in his youth, Andrew has maintained connections to both sports representing on local, regional and national committees and supporting through Fleming Engineering Ltd.
Andrew became Managing Director at Fleming Engineering in 2007, returning from a period spent overseas. Since returning to Donegal, he has overseen sustained growth leading to several acquisitions resulting in the formation of the FNW Group.
Andrew's objectives for FNW Group are ambitious with a focus on people and growth ensuring that employees are valued, supported and rewarded in a business model that compliments its parts.
Andrew joined the Board of Londonderry Chamber of Commerce in 2016 and in 2023 became the organisations Vice-President.
Lynda Macbeth
A native of Raphoe, Lynda began at the front desk with Fleming Engineering while at school. A keen sportsperson, she played badminton, football and hockey at school, later taking up cricket at St Johnston CC.
Lynda has progressed in roles across the Fleming Engineering organisation ensuring throughout that people are happy and supported while at work.
Lynda’s goals for FNW Group are realistic and intentional and she is committed to investment in the well-being and development of the people of FNW Group.
Lynda holds roles with St Johnston CC, The Irish Girl Guides and Cricket Ireland in her voluntary time.
Stephen Judge
A native of Swinford, County Mayo, Stephen joined FNW Group in December 2023 as Financial Controller. Before joining FNW Group, Stephen worked in finance and held senior finance roles in construction and IT services.
Stephen qualified as an accountant with ACCA in 2021 and continues to undertake continuous professional training and development each year to build on his finance and business knowledge.
Stephens objectives for the FNW Group are to shape the finance team and processes to provide the best possible support to the business as it continues its expansion strategy.
Drew Chambers
Another Raphoe-man, Drew has been involved professionally in construction, production and operations all his life. Serving previously in Management and Director positions, Drew began working at Fleming Engineering in 2016.
Drew is an avid sportsman having represented Ulster at junior Badminton and Hockey and continuing to play both along with tennis and football into adulthood. He coaches and volunteers locally, guiding his sons and their team mates at their local badminton club.
Drew’s ambitions for the FNW Group include the development of online sales and engagement tools and the continued broadening of the serviceable customer base.
Roisin Crawford
Roisin joined Fleming Engineering in 2018, bringing a strong background in credit control to the company having worked in the area for 20 years.
Roisin has a focus on customer engagement and believes that building positive relationships will be key to the growth and success of FNW Group. She is excited to see the company expand and progress.
Roisin loves to travel and encourages people to believe in themselves and to get excited about taking a leap of faith.
